I took my laptop in for major repair and found them to be efficient, inexpensive and prompt. Subsequently, I called for advice at least twice and stopped in because of a "glitch" and their response was quick and no charge was made! Best of all, they speak plain English and not "computereze" so as a Techno Dinosaur, I find them exceptionally easy to talk to. A plus is that they are open from Fri thru Tues so they are very available for weekend help when most services are closed.

Honestly we can’t imagine not having Mad Dog Computer Services taking care of all our computer needs, from purchasing new ones for us, to setting them up to the monthly maintenance. Andrew and his company make it so easy; they come on site as needed and always in a timely manner. My Sony Vaio laptop, fell from my desk while it was on with various programs running. After the fall my laptop would not turn on since the hard drive was damaged and would not recover Windows program. Mad dog diagnosed, repaired, replaced new hard drive and recovered all but one program (Rosetta Stone) which is comprehnsible why.I dealt with Andrew who delivered what he promised when he diagnosed. No surprises or hidden charges. I had my lap top back and running in no time. He also downloaded and provided me with free Virus protection which is very helpful for my business. Even more, he is available now for me to contact him to trouble shoot if I encounter any problems with the hard drive that he installed. It has been one week with no problems. Furthermore, Mad Dog will also recyle any old computers. I have high recommendations for Mad Dog and for saving me the stress and $$$$.
